Loaner Policy
In Warranty
Lutech products sold within the continental United States qualify for a free loaner unit during
warranty repair based on availability. If you require a loaner unit, please fill out the Service
Request Form and indicate on there that you would like to receive a loaner unit.
Out of Warranty
Loaner units are available for a fee during Out of Warranty repairs based on availability. If you
require a loaner unit, please indicate this on the Service Request Form. You can also contact
Lutech for more information.
